By participating in the two-day car rally from Toronto to Haliburton, attendees acknowledge and agree that they do so entirely at their own risk. Participants must hold a valid driver’s license, ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and adequately insured, and comply with all applicable traffic laws throughout the event. The organizer assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, damages, theft, fines, or other incidents that may occur during the rally, whether to participants, their vehicles, or third parties. Participants are fully responsible for their own safety, the safety of their passengers, and any consequences resulting from their actions or negligence. Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. The event package includes accommodations at the Bonnie View Inn and specified meals, but participants are responsible for fuel, additional expenses, and vehicle maintenance. The organizer reserves the right to alter the route, schedule, or activities in response to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or road closures. By registering, participants agree to release the organizer, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the event. Furthermore, participants grant the organizer permission to use any photographs or videos captured during the rally for promotional purposes. Any unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
